LITBIOMA membership may be awarded to any person possessing a citizenship of Lithuania or any legal person registered in the Republic of Lithuania, working in the field of biofuel production, supply or biofuel use propagation and accepted by the board’s decision in accordance with the order established by these Articles Of Association.
A member of the association is entitled to:
- receive information concerning the activity of the association;
- use the information accumulated by the association;
- participate during the discussions of all questions related to the activity of the organisation;
- receive help from the organisation when defending and representing his/her own lawful interests;
- elect and delegate his/her representatives to the administrative and control bodies of the association;
- dispute the resolutions of the general meeting of the members, the board decisions or the actions of the director (the head of the administration) in court;
- secede from the association.
A member of the association is obliged to:
- follow the provisions of Articles Of Association of the association, as well as the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
- pay the membership fee in a timely manner;
- provide information to the database (databases) of the association;
- refrain from circulating the information that is acknowledged as confidential on the grounds of decisions taken during the general meeting of the members or by the board of the association;
- execute resolutions taken by the bodies of the association.
