The Scientific-Technical Council (MMT)
2nd of May 2014 The Scientific-Technical Council (MMT) of LITBIOMA was established by a decision of the LITBIOMA Board. One of the main functions of the Council is to assist the Association in solving the issues that arise and to participate in the planning of tasks, objectives, and perspectives for the Association's activities. The Council aims at and takes care that the activities of the Association's companies are successful, competitive, and in demand and carries out consultative and expert activities on the issues of the Association's LITBIOMA activities.
The Scientific and Technical Council is currently composed of 10 members and a Chairperson:
- dr. Kęstutis Buinevičius (Kauno technologijos universiteto Šilumos ir atomo energetikos katedros docentas). Mokslinės techninės tarybos pirmininkas
- Vita Tilvikienė (Lietuvos agrarinių ir miškų centro filialo Žemdirbystės instituto mokslo darbuotoja);
- Marius Aleinikovas (Lietuvos agrarinių ir miškų centro filialo Miškų instituto direktorius);
- Algimantas Paulauskas (Vytauto Didžiojo universiteto Gamtos mokslų fakulteto dekanas, biologijos katedros profesorius);
- dr. Egidijus Zvicevičius (Aleksandro Stulginskio universiteto Šilumos ir biotechnologijų katedros docentas);
- Nerijus Striūgas (Lietuvos energetikos instituto Degimo procesų laboratorijos vadovas);
- dr. Egidijus Puida (Kauno technologijos universiteto Šilumos ir atomo energetikos katedros vedėjas.);
- dr. Antanas Rimantas Sudintas (Kauno technologijos universiteto Šilumos ir atomo energetikos katedros docentas);
- dr. Dainius Martuzevičius (Kauno technologijos universiteto Cheminės technologijos fakulteto mokslo prodekanas);
- (HB) Vida Bendikienė (Vilniaus universiteto Biochemijos ir molekulinės biologijos katedros mokslininkė);
- dr. Vytautas Šiožinys (UAB „Energy advice“ direktorius).
Procedure for submitting queries
The Association's Board shall submit the issues with or without draft decisions. The Board shall submit questions to the Council based on proposals from the Director, the Association's enterprises (through the Section Presidents) and the Council.
